This is the Silvertone Kik Step, the most popular color we have. About one out of three Kik Steps ordered are in the Silvertone finish.

Why? We think it's the popularity of the stainless steel appearance which goes so well with a variety of modern appliances. But maybe it's the fact that it's just such a nice clean look.

We do want to make one additional thing clear: These are not stainless steel; these are painted using a powder-coat process to be a close match. A stainless steel Kik Step would be considerably more expensive due to the cost of the raw materials.
